Youth Camp
The Laurel-London Optmist Club was fortunate to receive the Laurel River United Baptist Bible Camp as a gift from the late Rev.
Lowell Gilbert, his wife Gracie Gilbert and family in June of 2004.
It is the wish of the Laurel-London Optimist Club to continue the mission that the Laurel River United Baptist Bible Camp and the
Gilbert family has provided in the past. We are grateful to the Gilbert family for involving us in this wonderful opportunity
for the children of Laurel and surrounding counties. The goal of the Optimist Club is to reach as many young people as possible.
The Laurel-London Optmist Club shall continue and improve this facility and its operations. We ask for your support in this
endeaver and that you continue to use the facility as you have in the past. If you have not visited or used our facility, we
encourage you to view the photos we have available on this page or contact us for more
information.
The camp facilities may be rented in part or in whole by any group or individual. You can download the rental agreement below
for more information on the rental of the youth camp. No drugs or alcohol will be permitted on the premises!
